Step one,

create a product in woocommerce,

enter start date, and end date,

enter location, *(the location map wont show inthe front end as we have to apply for google maps api using your card, they wont charge you at all untill you guys avail for it)

enter product details, price,

go to inventory, enter total inventory, i.e. 20 for now *this is the seat managment*

as this is done, please select any category you wish to…

—– by this we have made a product ready—–

now we want to attach the product with a course,

go to lifetrlms, create a course,

enter all the course details,

then in course options,

you would get to attach the woocommerce product you made…

now ones the product is attached to the course,


Open Incognito, (ACT AS A CORPORATE USER)

open the product link, buy the product, with X quantity,

finish the purchase,

go back to ADMIN in another window and click on WOOCOMMERCE orders

see the recent order you placed,
your order must be in processing…

click on the order,

and from processing, shift the order to completed…

it must send the CUSTOMER YOU an email… (the one you used in incognito mode as customer)

as soon as you get logged in (AS A CUSTOMER in incognito) to the website, you would get notification to access the course… and also you would see the order details in your orders..

here further, im setting up the Form in Fluent Forms,

and Automating Dashboard for Corporate Clients to enter their team members based on the total seats they’ve purchased.
